Beauty is something we cannot possess because it possesses us. In a world that values innovation and problem solving have we rated user experience above human need? Felt needs are important and the window into reaching our people, but understanding and caring for what people need underneath that takes more. The useful will always be a driving force, but beauty does more than motivate. What if we could both meet people where they are and then surprise them by captivating their imagination?
